 Replying to [ticket:6701 cypherpunks]:

 We'll probably want to modify the Atlas version that runs as a hidden
 service to also contain Onionoo's .onion address.  Otherwise, people would
 access Atlas via its hidden service and then fetch the required data from
 onionoo.tpo directly.  I could imagine that this is undesired if Tor is
 disabled, the Atlas page is cached locally, but the Onionoo data isn't.

 Similarly, Compass contains links to Atlas which should then be changed to
 Atlas' .onion URLs.

 In theory, I agree that we should have .onion addresses for these
 services.  But it's not as important as improving the services themselves,
 IMHO.  Reducing priority to minor.  Also assigning to Compass component,
 because this ticket requires code changes before bothering the sysadmins.
