 I specifically stripped out all of this stuff when I made the tor-relay-
 debian page. That's because the deb does it all for you, and having all
 the extra stuff on the page made people not read the stuff they *do* need
 to read.

 How about adding a line to the tor-relay-debian page explaining that it's
 really important to use the deb, since it changes your ulimit, makes a new
 user, starts on boot, etc. And then maybe we could link to a wiki page
 that explains what super-expert users are going to need to do to run a
 relay manually?
