 There is one addition to this patch. I added a description of pluggable
 transports to the page, just below "What are bridges?".

 "What are pluggable transports?
 Pluggable Transports are used with specific bridges to help you circumvent
 censorship. They accomplish this by transforming the network traffic
 between you and the bridge so that a censor should not be able to detect
 that you are using Tor."
