Comment:

 I'm in the process of documenting the steps. I'd also like to create a
 short video clip.
 During the setup steps I stumbled upon #9402, which is a blocker for this
 documentation now.

 (fixing it by changing vidalia's config is easy but I don't want to
 confuse users and I would have to redo the documentation ones #9402 is
 fixed.)

 For now I have the following environment/requirements - please give me an
 ACK if you agree.

 - the setup will use a "system tor" instance that starts as soon as the
 user logs in (no manual starting of tor/vidalia required before starting
 thunderbird)

 - vidalia bundles (apparently) require administrator privileges to install
 (because it is a system wide install under C:\Programs (x86)\..)

 - user has the administrator password but uses a non-administrator account
 for his daily tasks
