Comment:

 Thanks for the custom Python script. However, we decided that shipping a
 functional web server together with Atlas is outside the project scope.
 Therefore, we removed run.py. If you want to play around with Atlas
 locally, you might be able to use your browser or you custom run_v1.py
 script. Please see the discussion in #7844 for more details. Thanks for
 making Tor better!
