Comment:

 It sounds like you have done quite a bit of custom modifications to the
 internals of your system. Tor Browser assumes your system uses the default
 parameters. There is no way that Tor Browser can support all possible non-
 standard custom system configurations. My only thought is that you may
 want to reinstall your OS so you can run Tor Browser on a more standard
 system configuration? Closing this ticket.
