Comment:

 This is now fixed in the latest master. ooniprobe will now try to connect
 to the socks port and control port specified in ooniprobe.conf and if it
 fails (or one of the two is not set) it will print out the following error
 message:

 [!] You must set properly tor:socks_port in /path/to/ooniprobe.conf.
 }}}
