 Have you tried if your Tor build(s) can parse the consensuses which showed
 the errors?

 If you copy a consensus from the archives to cached-microdesc-consensus,
 Tor will try to parse it, even if it's extremely old. You need to delete
 the first line '@type network-status-consensus-3 1.0' from the archived
 ones.

 Unfortunately, I don't see an easy way to feed in a compressed version.
