I'm about to remove from the dirauth configuration files relays from 2007
to 2015. It's a big list and most of them have little to no description.
Before 2016-ish, the comments weren't standardized so most of those
entries if not all were quite tedious to parse especially for the
 fingerprints.

As a result, I've created a big list of "Expiring-Unknown". If we get an
alert, we'll be able to correlate them with the dirauth commits or/and the
sometimes cryptic comments associated to it. It will be a best effort
situation but I expect most of them we'll just let them join back _except_
if we have a positive hit on the fingerprints ofc.

See branch in my personal repo: `expiring-unknown`
