 Due to an error on the bridge authority, it produced statuses without any
 entries, just with a header. Those caused a `NullPointerException` in
 CollecTor's bridgedescs module. I found the bug and will provide a branch
 for review in a second. We should merge and deploy really soon (tonight or
 early tomorrow).
