Comment:

 There are many better ways to oppose fascism than by making our code
 censor-friendly. (and a number of Tor people already do these things)  If
 you can think of a plausible way to change the code to make it harder for
 fascists to use Tor without also making it easier for someone to silence
 the people the fascists want to harm, I would be pleasantly surprised.
