 The styleguide is a static website summarizing UX and www dev guidelines.
 Changes to the styleguide are discussed on #tor-www and on the UX mailing
 list.

 The current maintenance involves updating bootstrap (the css framework we
 use) to the current version and keeping up with JS and interaction bugs.
 There is a collection of tickets about the styleguide on Trac that we
 haven't had time to tackle.
