I started the computer around 20:00 and then TBB at the above time. Oops
those are two overlapping logs appended in what i attached: i saved the
log after vidalia sat there for 20 minutes, then i saved it again after
restarting Tor and it appended the full sesson (start + restart) instead
of overwriting the file.

consistency as to why Tor Browser isn't launch or is it a 'random' 1 in 10
chance that it doesn't launch?
The only consistency i've noticed is that there is no indication in the
logs or process list that anything was wrong or that firefox was started.
Not sure where else i could look for traces.
