 I've added some build scripts to generate manpages for the facilitator and
 nodejs proxy:

 https://github.com/infinity0/flashproxy/compare/master...help2man

 Rather than having the complexity of checking in pre-built products (and
 let the user either use pre-built or force a re-build), I decided to just
 make them build from source unconditionally.
