 I rebased again on [https://gitweb.torproject.org/builders/tor-browser-
 bundle.git/commit/f0b8f7f6f272cff976a6ce373d771e8ead7ed600 f0b8f7f6]
 (tbb-3.5-build3). In this rebase I moved the pluggable transports files so
 they are in a Tor/PluggableTransports directory.

 I built bundles, only redoing steps 3 and 4. They are still uploading. I'm
 not sure if they need a complete rebuild but I started a complete rebuild
