 This has been ongoing since before Thunderbird v31.*.

 Thunderbird process (.exe) starts but the UI never loads.

 To get Thunderbird to load again I have to remove the file
 "castironthunderbirdclub@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" from the AppData roaming.
