drive to a new computer Gatekeeper will barf at the modified app.
I don't think the quarantine bit gets set when app bundles are copied to
or from a Flash drive (but I do not have a computer that is running Mac OS
10.11 El Capitan, so it is possible Apple made changes in that OS
release).
