 There is no 0.2.6 series in recommended versions, but we recommend an
 0.2.4, 0.2.5, and 0.2.7.

 I've had a fallback operator report that they've patched their relay
 against TROVE-2016-10-001.

 Does this have something to do with debian releases, or is it just a
 mistake?
