 I forgot to attach the patch. This fixes it for wget with IPv6 disabled,
 as well as default tlsdate, and other problematic programs. In the
 entirety of the Torsocks code, `check_addr()` is only called with the
 address family being specified as `AF_INET` or `AF_INET6`, so only an
 additional bug would result in triggering `assert(ret != -1)`.
