Is there a way to implement this feature in NoScript or the browser itself
without breaking anonymity? It'd help save bandwidth and make page loading
faster. It might also work as an ad-blocker which would reduce the need to
install extensions that make the browser fingerprint unique. It won't
prevent the browser from connecting to servers that serve ads but it'd at
least block the media elements like GIFs from loading automatically.

Ps: I'm just a user and only know the basics of how tor and ad-blockers
work. Apologies if this question has already been asked before. I didn't
know how to use the search function.
