 15 torperf runs are definitely going to get into each other's way on a sat
 link.  Also note that 15 torperf runs require a machine with 1.5 to 2 GB
 RAM.  Why not start with one 50KB run for a day and add a 1MB and 5MB run
 if that works out well?
