 Option 4 actually sounds the most like something that fits in the Android
 model of Intents, which are essentially IPC combined with web services
 between apps. #2 is fine, and less work, but someone it feels like Orbot
 should be able to prompt the user about them before they are automatically
 set within Tor.

 As mentioned, this most likely will somehow interface with a QRCode
 scanner on our side, and we would like the "long string" to be a URI of
 some format. bridgefinder://foo then is transformed by BridgeFinder into
 bridge://bar or bridge+obfs://blat
