 If Tor loads a configuration file containing e.g. â`DataDirectory
 $TBB_ROOT/Data/Tor/`â and then saves it without special care to keep the
 original values of its options around, Tor will write e.g. â`DataDirectory
 G:\Tor Browser/Data/Tor`â.  That is a very very bad bug, as it means that
 (at a minimum) Tor Browser Bundle would no longer be portable.
