 Aha. Nice!

both an explanation about *how* the library should be used with running
code. Is there a compelling reason that you'd favor example scripts
 instead?

I don't really know how to create a tutorial. I have sample scripts that
I've written for metrics foo or other stuff that use stem and I'd like to
put up the code snippets somewhere so that others can easily find it. If
there should be some sort of an explanation for the code, I can add
comments to the code, but I'm not sure I want to spend time figuring out
 how to use sphinx.
