Comment:

 It doesn't make a difference what it's coded in. This is a permissions
 issue when auto launching at startup which starts with the "debian-t"
 profile.

 Launching it via terminal there is no issues, but that launches as root. I
 don't know enough about apparmor to help debug it, but looking through the
 profiles, there are 0 entries for obfsproxy, making me think the profile
 was created before obfsproxy even existed.
