Comment:

 Ok I took the patch and fixed couple of things. I removed the assert()
 because the amount of system torsocks is compiled for, I can see a world
 where maybe `inet_pton()` could return -1 on `AF_INET6`... maybe... let's
 not take any risk.

 I also fixed a config-file unit test.
