 I am not sure how kaspersky can suddenly cause a problem. Last I used TOR
 was 5 days ago where everything is working fine. In Kaspersky I always had
 scan encrypted connection enabled because I use the protection components
 Safe Money, Private Browsing, Web Anti Virus and Anti-Banner"

 I havent tweaked anything in the last 5 days so not sure what changed
 suddenly.
