 That could not about files but about unix socket that used by cpuworker,
 if it somehow returns zero, This patch at least should to drop any
 possible loop inside tor and to trigger any warns about such case. Can you
 patch and recompile your tor to test? Or you need to wait ~~sever years~~
 while this patch reviewed and applied to some version ~~but seems like
 nobody care~~.
