 Something to think about: It would be good if flash proxy could be
 ''disabled'' by default, until the user has taken the steps to enable port
 forwarding at FlashProxyHowto. That is, it would be nice if "enable
 default bridges" turned on the obfsproxy bridges, but '''bridge flashproxy
 0.0.1.0:1''' were a separate switch. The reason is that enabling flash
 proxy without having set up port forwarding is useless and creates a
 little bit of network noise: an HTTP request that appears to go to
 www.google.com, and several incoming connection attempts from random IP
 addresses.

 As it stands now, the majority of flash proxy registrations are broken,
 because it's enabled by default in the PTTBB, but most people haven't set
 it up.
