 BridgeDB needs a staging instance for checking that a new release works as
 expected when deployed.

 This staging instance should have it's own setup/deployment scripts
 (probably in the bridgedb-admin repo). Ideally it should be able to take
 some sort of argument for which release/commit/branch to install and fire
 up as the staging instance, and other than that it should be as much as
 possible like the normal staging scripts.

 Anything else I'm missing? Any suggestions?
