 dcf and mrphs brought up that the language select section is really small
 when not using javascript -- most people probably scroll right past it.
 In tutorials, people are using English-language screenshots, which is kind
 of interesting.

 Proposed fix is to increase the font size to 1.1em. Long-term, it would be
 great to remove all javascript from these pages.
