 I think all in all it's a good idea! It will also serve as knowledge base
 for HS operator over time. One thing though is I really DO NOT want this
 list to turn into "tor-dev-hs" so as long as we make this clear, this is a
 great idea imo.

 `[tor-onions]` is great.
