 Tor issues the follwoing warn loglevel entry when it starts even though
 permissions are fine (drwx------):
 {{{
 [warn] Fixing permissions on directory <datadir>
 }}}

 this occurs only if the torrc overrides the default-torrc's User parameter
 besides this warn loglevel tor runs fine nonetheless.

 warning is issued with:
 {{{
 tor --runasdaemon 0 --defaults-torrc /usr/share/tor/defaults-torrc -f
 torrc
 }}}

 no warning with:
 {{{
 tor --runasdaemon 0 -f torrc
 }}}

 both (defaults-torrc and torrc) specify a User config parameter.
