 That is a very good point. Results should be the same, but it's quicker
 and simpler than what we do now (get inodes of the process, then use that
 to filter down to the process' connections). Wonder why I didn't do this
 originally - maybe '/proc/<pid>/net/*' isn't present on some platforms?
