 Actually, I just tested that on a Linux machine and the behavior in 6.5 is
 exactly the same as in 6.0.8. If I uncheck the "Change details that
 distinguish you from other Tor Browser users" checkbox on the Firefox
 privacy settings pane, resize the window as I want and restart I get the
 windows sized as I did in the previous session. If that does not work for
 you please provide more details on how to reproduce your problem and
 reopen the bug.
