#24864: directory authorities take a while to update relays' Tor versions because
they use old descriptors for votes

Comment:

Please don't post data without defining the fields.
it looks like tor_version is from the descriptor.
We also need to know the consensus tor version, and timestamps for the
 consensus entry and descriptor.
Please don't include relays that are not running. We expect old data for
 relays that aren't running.

 For your last example "branice":
Descriptor version is 0.3.2.9 at http://50.7.176.2/tor/server/authority
 Descriptor timestamp is 2018-01-18 10:32:52
Relay Search version is 0.3.2.9 at
 https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/48A1D31469BBB130255B9E53130A5825ECFCC719
Consensus version is 0.2.9.11 at 171.25.193.9:443/tor/status-
 vote/current/consensus
 Consensus timestamp is 2018-01-17 15:02:21
Only a few flags differ in consensus health at https://consensus-
 health.torproject.org/consensus-
 health-2018-01-18-09-00.html#48A1D31469BBB130255B9E53130A5825ECFCC719

So it appears that the descriptor takes time to be included in the
 consensus.

That's annoying, but I don't think anyone will have time to look at this
 any time soon.
It's not causing major issues, unlike many other bugs we are dealing with
 right now.

If you find any mismatches that are running, and aren't due to old
descriptors, please post examples of them.
