 I'm using the GNOME desktop on Debian GNU/Linux and have enabled the dark
 theme. When I click on the site (i) info icon, the text "Your Guard node
 may not change. Learn more" is in white (except for blue on "Guard" and
 "Learn more") and the background is bright grey. Consequently the text is
 unreadable except for the blue parts.

 I suggest that since the background is always bright grey, the text should
 always be in black. Alternatively, the background could be reverted to the
 default background colour.

 I'm using Tor Browser 8.0.4 (Firefox 60.4.0esr and Torbutton 2.0.9).
