Changes (by n8fr8):

Comment:

 Orbot will still store the Tor and Privoxy binaries in the application
 data folder, but the Tor "DataDirectory" files will be stored in /cache
 for the application. This is still part of the internal app storage on the
 device, but will be able to be cleared separately from the main app data
 files.

 This will be in release 0.0.8.
