Bandwidth intense programs similar to the relay, for the sake of
comparison such as uTorrent often not only have bandwidth limiters, but
also have a scheduling element integrated. So one for example, might only
be able to dedicate 60kbs during peak hours, while someone is at work, in
class, asleep, out of the office for the weekend, etc. they can up the
stream to whatever the system will allow. I saw no mention of such a
feature, is it or can it be made available? It seems like it clearly would
allow users to open up extra bandwidth that was not otherwise available,
and due to the global nature of Tor, what is overnight lost bandwidth even
in the EST zone is still peak hours on the pacific coast. If you can add,
or show me where this feature is, I will gladly set up a relay!!!
