 This is primarily an advocacy problem. Tor's architecture is such that it
 is meant to be easy to recognize and handle differently. This is done both
 for technical and social reasons.

 When websites block tor users entirely, the answer is to try to contact
 them and educate them about Tor. There are many options for abuse,
 including deploying captchas to deter spam
 (https://code.google.com/apis/recaptcha/intro.html), requiring email
 address confirmation for commenters, to disabling comments but allowing
 read access.
