 Everything in
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorDreamPlug must be
 done in this metapackage so that a user needs only install {{{torouter}}}
 from our Tor repo to configure any debian chroot on a DreamPlug into a
 Torouter. It must make good choices without prompting the user.
