 I grepped this and found that 'Re:' seems to be consistent across all
 Thunderbird setups, irrespective of language.

 Also, from `http://kb.mozillazine.org/Reply_indicators`: even though
 localized e-mail applications may use non-standard reply headers,
 Thunderbird defaults to Re only.
