 We already publish collected exit statistics in extra-info descriptor
 tarballs on the [https://metrics.torproject.org/data.html metrics data
 page].  Relay operators need to set a torrc option for collecting these
 statistics, though, so I don't expect there will be many such statistics.
 If you want me to add graphs or tables for existing exit statistics to the
 metrics website, please open a separate ticket under component Metrics
 Website.

 Regarding protocol statistics, I can see how we could collect statistics
 in a privacy-preserving way.  I think the major issue preventing us from
 looking at protocols are legal requirements.  I can't say anything about
 legal requirements, but if we can meet them, gathering protocol statistics
 in a privacy-preserving way should be technically feasible.
