 WikiStartAlternate mirrors WikiStart. Additionally it links all (but
 outdated) content from TitleIndex and contains more legitimate links and
 also also got improved in general.

 WikiStartAlternate has been created by proper and revised by phobos.
 Latest changes by proper after phobos's revision are minor.

 Please replace WikiStart with WikiStartAlternate.
