Manual selection of New Identity via Torbutton often causes TorBrowser to
close and reopen but it's infrequent. It doesn't appear to affect
TorBrowser's core function as opposed to just displaying unexpected
behavior by causing the Web browser window to close and reopen.

I initially considered it something which perhaps I just hadn't experience
of before as I prefer to use Vidalia Control Panel to use its functions
instead; which are neigh identical to Torbutton. But it is behavior which
I neither expected nor could anticipate and so I often made a choice to
stop using TorBrowser altogether because it didn't feel safe to continue
to do so; instead I chose to extract another copy of it and begin to use
 TorBrowser anew instead.

Circuit creation is as I'd expect if I select New Identity via Vidalia
Control Panel but unlike using Torbutton it doesn't cause the TorBrowser
 to change its behavior whatsoever.
