 This error may depends on how syslogd/rsyslog/syslog-ng is configured?

 `__vsyslog_chk()` belongs to glibc:/misc/syslog.c

 I cannot reproduce this on gentoo/hardening with normal syslog-ng listing
 on af_unix:/dev/log
