 There is already a large number of relays/bridges on dynamic ips. Mostly
 dynamic relays you can find here:

 So this relays appear to be offline until the new descriptor with changed

  is voted from consensus. Which can take some ours for even stable alive
 relays.

 Many providers nowadays sadly do still force new IP per 24h.


 Well actually this DNS checks are for exit only. If a relay have broken
 DNSconfig it could fail path-selection for Hostname in

 extending.
