 Well maybe it's good news after all. If they finally acknowledge the need
 for users to have privacy against the ad networks, maybe they will
 seriously consider real privacy by design for private browsing modes in
 the future.

 Unless doing anything more than begging the adversary not to exploit the
 user is "outside the threat model" of PBM, too ;)
