 Vidalia stable doesn't have any way of doing that. Vidalia alpha has this
 plugin that tells you how to reopen the browser if you do not want to
 reopen it just after you've close it.
 I don't think that the clicks are something that if someone is shown
 Vidalia for the first time and you say "Open the browser" the person would
 know where to go immediately. But then the idea of reopening the browser
 is new, so users aren't expecting anything.

 So, yes, in those terms, Vidalia should have an easy flashy 1-click way of
 reopening the browser (or a menu entry of the form: Browser->Reopen).
