 In short, it is likely you're screwed. You're behind an https proxy that
 won't let you connect to IP addresses directly. Perhaps somebody changed
 the configuration on you.

 It's on our roadmap to handle this sort of situation, but it won't be
 easy.

 You'll probably want one of the pluggable transports we're working on,
 like obfsproxy -- but only once they've learned how to tunnel through
 https proxies like yours.

 I'm going to close this bug, since it's going to be a while until we're in
 a position to fix it, and this ticket system isn't meant to be used for
 user support questions (as you might have guessed from the delay in
 response).
